Custom Solutions.

Residenz was born from a quest for design excellence, both aesthetically and practically.

Our strengths lie in clear and creative spatial planning, attention to detail, and sensitivity to materiality, energy and the environment. We work collaboratively with our clients as well as contractors and suppliers to ensure your project runs smoothly from concept, through the building and installation process, to completion.

With our work ranging from room remodeling and turn key single dwellings, to commercial and multi-unit schemes with gross development values between £2 – 200M, we are able to offer a thorough understanding of the development process and considerations in driving returns, whilst containing risk, price and timescales. Where required we are able to offer tailored design and procurement packages to ensure accurate tendering and fixed costs.

Whether your project is an abstract vision or finalised concept, large or small, we would be delighted to hear from you and have a chat through your requirements.
